How much will I earn with AdSense?

There's no precise answer, because your earnings will depend on a number of factors.
  • The type of ads appearing on your pages: By displaying ads with AdSense for content, you can display ads that are paid when users click them or when users view them. All ads compete in an ad auction, and our system automatically selects those which will generate the most revenue for you while ensuring a good user experience.
  • The pricing of ads appearing on your pages: Not all ads are priced the same, so factors such as changing advertiser budgets, your specific content, and the ads your users choose to click will cause your earnings to vary even from day to day.
  • How many AdSense products you use: You can earn from AdSense in many different ways -- by displaying ads on your webpages, by providing search to your users, by displaying ads in feeds, and more. Using more AdSense products will increase your potential earnings.

Will I have to pay taxes on my AdSense earnings?

You may have to pay taxes on your AdSense earnings. The exact regulations vary by entity. In order to locate your entity, please click on "How do I find my contracting entity?" in the left sidebar. It is your responsibility to understand and adhere to the appropriate tax rules, and Google is unable to provide you with tax advice.
Google is required by United States tax laws to collect certain tax-related information from some publishers. If you are required to provide tax information, details will be available on the Tax Information
page in your account. Go to your Tax Information page now

Please review these resources for additional information about tax regulations:

Any tax-related information provided by Google is not intended as and should not be construed as legal, tax or investment advice. For tax advice or more technical questions about how tax laws apply to you, please consult your tax advisor.

How do I add more sites to my account?
There's no need to open another account or notify us when you place ad code on a new site. Once your account is approved, whenever you place your AdSense code on a new page, we'll
associate that new site with your account.
Just generate the AdSense code as you did for your original site, and add it to whichever page you'd
like -- making sure, of course, that it complies with our program policies. You don't need our team to
officially review your site beforehand, but please use your best judgment to make sure that your site content and ad implementation are compliant. (Our policy explanations might help.) We regularly

review sites displaying our ads, and we'll let you know if we find any issues.
Note that if you're using the Allowed Sites feature, you'll need to add the new
URL to your Allowed
Sites list, or you won't receive any earnings for that URL.
We look forward to helping you monetize your new site!

When will I get a payment?
In AdSense, you're paid when your earnings reach the payment threshold, as long as there are no holdson your account, and you're in compliance with our policies.
However, we don't send you a check or bank transfer at the exact moment the zeroes roll over. First, we have to validate your earnings for accuracy -- a process that takes place the first week of every month on the previous month's earnings. Then, we send payments a couple of weeks later, usually during the last week of the month.
So if your earnings reach the payment threshold in February, we'll send you a payment before the end of March.
If your account balance hasn't reached the payment threshold at the end of the month, we'll roll your earnings over to the following month, until the payment threshold is reached. Balances include your total combined earnings for all AdSense products.

Please note that if a publisher's account is found to be in violation of our Terms and Conditions or policies, we may at any time withhold payment (beginning from when Google initiates its investigation of potential violations), deduct earnings from the publisher's account, and/or refund advertisers for clicks received on the publisher's site or AdSense for search results page. In addition, if a publisher is past due on any payment to Google in connection with the Google AdWords program, we reserve the right to withhold payment until all outstanding payments have been made. For a complete description of payment terms, please refer to the AdSense Terms and Conditions.
